Establishment of animal model of rats with alcoholic hepatitis: modelgroup on the basis of normal feeding, according to body weight daily to two9ml/kg liquorgavage modeling, interval of8hours; the normal group free feeding, drinking water, for6consecutive weeks. Through the detection of alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) activity,alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), albumin (ALB), totalprotein (TB), total bilirubin (TBIL), malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD)to determine the success of modeling.2.Ruangan Sanjie Decoction to prevent rats withalcoholic hepatitis:48male SD rats were fed for1weeks, were randomly divided into4groups,12rats in each group. Including the normal group, model group, soft liver SanjieDecoction to prevent low dose group (10g/kg), soft liver Sanjie Decoction to prevent highdose group (20g/kg). Ruangan Sanjie Decoction in the treatment of rats withalcoholic hepatitis:36male SD rats were randomly divided to successful modeling into3groups,12rats in each group.
