Observation On The Curative Effect Of Yinchai Decoction On Alcoholic Hepatitis Of Liver And Gallbladder Damp-heat Type

Purpose:To observe the changes of jaundice value and various indexes of yinchai decoction in the treatment of hepatobiliary damp-heat alcoholic hepatitis and its clinical effect.Method: The subjects were patients with alcoholic hepatitis who were admitted to the liver disease clinic of the affiliated hospital of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine from June 2018 to June 2019.According to the inclusion criteria,72 patients with "hepatobiliary dampness-heat type" alcoholic hepatitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups on average.The two groups were comparable in age,gender,drinking history,TCM symptoms,etc.(P >0.05).The control group(36cases)took Simetai once a day for 1.0 days,and Meinen(compound glycyrrhizin tablets)three times a day for three times.The treatment group(36 cases)used self-made Yinchai decoction,consisting of:Yin Chen10g?Akabane30g?Zhiju zi15g?Chai hu10g?Scutellaria baicalensis15g?Liquorice10g?Radix curcumae10g?Cape jasmine fruit10g?Semen plantaginis10g?Rheum officinale3g?Cassia twig10g?White atractylodes rhizome15 g ? Poria cocos15 g ?Angelica sinensis10 g,one dose a day decoction medicine juice 400 ml,warm clothing in the morning and evening,Meinen(compound glycyrrhizin tablets)three times a day for three times.The treatment time in both groups was 1 month.To observe and evaluate changes in liver function(ALT,AST,GGT,ALP,TBIL),lipid peroxide malondialdehyde(MDA),tumor necrosis factor á(TNF-á),and TCM symptom scores before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.Among them,P <0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1.Comparison of liver function indicators: After the end of the treatment period,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group when comparing TBIL,GGT,and ALP(P <0.01);there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P> 0.05).2.Comparison of lipid peroxide malondialdehyde and tumor necrosis factor á: Afterthe end of treatment,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P <0.01).3.Comparison of TCM Syndrome Points: After the end of the course of treatment,the body was yellow,the ribs were painful,and the abdominal distension was compared.There was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P <0.01);nausea and vomiting,dry mouth,bitter mouth,yellow urine In comparison,there was a difference between the treatment group and the control group(P <0.05);there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group when comparing constipation or thinness(P> 0.05).4.Comparing the total effective rate: after the end of the course of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.4%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 65.7%.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was significantly different(P <0.01);In terms of treating western hepatitis,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.2%,and the total effective rate in the control group was77.1%.There was a difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion:The self-made Yinchai Decoction can significantly reduce the symptoms of patients with alcoholic hepatitis,such as yellowing,flank pain,and abdominal distension.In reducing liver function indicators,lipid permaldialdehyde(MDA),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-á)indicators,the efficacy is accurate,no adverse reactions were seen.
