Objective: Hypertensive disorders in pregnancy is a specific disease inpregnancy, it is the major increasing cause morbidity and mortality inpregnant women and neonates. At present, there is no clear reason for theetiology and pathological mechanism of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy. The causes been generally acknowledged are the functional disorder ofvascular endothelium, inflammatory reaction, immunity disbalance, the muscleof uterus was invasived by abnormality trophoblast and insulin resistance.Thisdisease serious threats the health of pregnant women and neonates, becausethere is no effective measures to prevent it. It is reported that the functionaldisorder of vascular endothelium is the foundation of pathophysiologicalchanges. Inflammatory reaction of vascular endothelium, insulin resistanceparticipate in the functional disorder of vascular endothelium.Resistin, adiponcetin and interleukin-6are related to inflammatory reaction ofvascular endothelium, insulin resistance. Inflammatory reaction of vascularendothelium, insulin resistance have increased the hypertensive disorders inpregnancy. This paper through immunohistochemical staining SP to examinethe relative expression of resistin, adiponectin and interleukin-6in placenta, analyze the relationship with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, and studythe mechanism of resistin, adiponcetin and interleukin-6in hypertensivedisorders in pregnancy. we hope provide the evidence of experiment theor forclinical treatment.Methods:1We randoming selected60cases of obstetric patients with hypertensivedisorders in pregnancy as study group at the fourth affiliated hospital of Hebeimedical university from August2011to August2012, of which there are30 cases with light preeclampsia,30cases with severe preeclampsia, and at thesame period, we randoming selected30cases with normal pregnancy ascontrol group.(these pregnant woman without complications ofinternalmedicine and other complications of pregnancy).2About1cm×1cm×1cm specimen was collected from central placentaafter the placenta was deliveried in30-60minutes and was washed withnormal saline. Then they were fixed in10%formalin and24h later embeddedin paraffin. Chip them consecutively in the size4μm thick. The expression ofresistin, adiponcetin and interleukin-6in placenta was detected by immuno-histochemical SP method.3All the data was analyzed by SPSS13.0software wrap,①measurement data use single factor variance analysis,②numeration data useχ2test, ranked data use Wilcoxon signed-rank test,③Spearman graderelation analysis, With P=0.05as significant standard.Results:1There were no statistical difference between control and study group inage and gestational age(P>0.05).2The expression of resistin2.1Resistin was expressed in the cytoplasm of syneytiotrophoblast in placenta.Positive expression rates of resistin in control group and study group were70.00%and91.67%,there were no significant statistical differences betweenthem(P<0.05). The positive expression of resistin in light preeclampsia groupwas86.67%,it was no difference significant than control group(P>0.05). Thepositive expression of resistin in severe preeclampsia group was96.67%and itwas no difference significant than light preeclampsia group (P>0.05).2.2The expression of resistin in light preeclampsia group and in severepreeclampsia group are higher than that in control group. The expression insevere preeclampsia group is higher than that in light preeclampsiagroup.Than the expression of resistin had increasing tendency follow up theseverity degree of patient’s condition.3The expression of adiponectin 3.1Adiponectin was expressed in the cytoplasm of syneytiotrophoblast inplacenta. Positive expression rates of adiponectin in control group and studygroup were83.33%and48.33%,there were significant statistical differencesbetween them(P<0.05). The positive expression of adiponectin in lightpreeclampsia group was60.00%,it was no difference significant than controlgroup(P>0.05). The positive expression of adiponectin in severe preeclampsiagroup was96.67%and it was difference significant than light preeclampsiagroup (P<0.05).3.2The expression of adiponectin in light preeclampsia group and in severepreeclampsia group are lower than that in control group.,and the expression insevere preeclampsia group is lower than that in light preeclampsia group.Theexpression of adiponectin located in placental syncytiotrophoblast haddecreasing tendency follow up the severity degree of patient’s condition.4The expression of interleukin-64.1Interleukin-6was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm ofsyneytiotrophoblast in placenta. Positive expression rates of interleukin-6inlight preeclampsia group was80.00%,and in control group it was43.33%.Thepositive expression in light preeclampsia group was higher than that was incontrol group(P<0.05). The positive expression in severe preeclampsia groupwas90.00%and it was difference significant than light preeclampsia group (P>0.05).4.2The expression of interleukin-6in light preeclampsia group and in severepreeclampsia group are higher than that in control group, and the expression insevere preeclampsia group is higher than that in light preeclampsia group.Theexpression of interleukin-6had increasing tendency follow up the severitydegree of patient’s condition.5Resistin was positive correlate to interleukin-6, adiponectin was negativecorrelate to Resistin and interleukin-6.Conclusion:1There are different expressions of Resistin,Adiponcetin,Interleukin-6incontrol group and experimental group. 2The expression of resistin and interleukin-6in placenta had increasingtendency follow up the severity degree of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, and the expression of adiponcetin located in placental syncytiotrophoblast haddecreasing tendency follow up the severity degree of condition. It is provedthat Resistin, Adiponcetin and Interleukin-6play a role in the pothogenesy ofhypertensive disorders in pregnancy and have relatoinsip with the severitydegree of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.3High expression of resistin and interleukin-6in placenta of the patientswith hypertensive disorders in pregnancy can promote the inflammatoryreaction of vascular endothelium and insulin resistance in different mechanism.Poor expression of adiponcetin in placenta of the patients with hypertensivedisorders in pregnancy recede the role of protecting vascular endothelium andreduceing the insulin resistance. In addition, the high expression of resistin andinterleukin-6also recede the role, aggravate the severity of hypertensivedisorders in pregnancy.4Resistin was positive correlate to interleukin-6in placenta and bothparticipate in the vascular endothelial cell injury and insulin resistance, theremay be synergistic relation between them. Adiponcetin was negative correlateto resistin and interleukin-6, they are may influence each other.Resistin, adiponcetin and Interleukin-6effect each other and play a role in thepothogenesy of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.
