The Xinsaitong Oral Liquid In Treatment Of Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease Clinical Study On Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective:To make an accurate evaluation of clinical efficacy ofXINSAITONG oral liquid on patients of angina pectoris and safetyon it, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical applicationof.Methods:The study included60patients with Qi deficiency and bloodstasis type belongs to the patients with stable angina pectoris ofcoronary heart disease, were randomly divided into treatment group30cases and control group of30cases. Treatment group: given theXINSAITONG oral liquid. Control group: given Tongxinluo capsule.The treatment of a course of treatment for4weeks. The efficacy ofTCM symptoms before and after treatment, the ECG changes wereto be recorded in detail. Data analysis in this study are using theSPSS statistical software.Results:The patients in the treatment group total effective rate ofangina pectoris, ECG efficiency, overall curative effect, nitric acidsweet voiced withdrawal rate was90%,86.67%,90%and90%respectively,better than the control group73.33%,56.67%,66.67%and73.33%, by a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). In theaspect of clinical symptoms, the treatment group in the chest pain,chest tightness, shortness of breath, fatigue symptoms was betterthan the control group (P<0.05), the rest of the symptoms curativeeffect comparison between the two groups showed no significantdifference (P>0.05). And in the course of treatment no significantadverse reactions were observed. Conclusion:The XINSAITONG oral liquid has a good effect on the therapyof angina pectoris, safe and effective drug for clinical treatment.
