Community Impaired Glucose Regulation Crowd Significance Of Diabetes Health Education

ObjectiveUnderstand the significance of the crowd (IGR) diabetes health education communities glucose impaired and explore the educational model.MethodsRandomly divided into243cases IGR Community Education group and the control group, the health education of diabetes education group for a period of2years, to evaluate the two groups before and after the observed indicators.ResultsAfter diabetes health education, the Education Unit of weight, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP),2h postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), triglyceride (TG) decreasedcompared with the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Two groups, the Education Unit diabetes annual conversion rate decline, the difference was statistically significant.IGR crowd into diabetes stepwise logistic regression analysis found that waist circumference and systolic blood pressure increase in the incidence of diabetes was an independent positive correlation between improvement of islet function and the occurrence of diabetes were independent negative correlation. ConclusionThe compliance of impaired glucose regulation regulation crowd of communities is well,so it is significant going diabetes health education communities.Though pianning healthy education,the good life style will be good.Insisting healthy diet, motortherapy, control body weight and quit smoking,the control of diabetes is possible.
