| Objcet: To detect the content of CD4~+CD25~+CD127~-regulatory T cells(Treg) inperipheral blood of patients with cervical cancerã€cervical benign diease and normalpeople,and analyze its clinical significance.Methods: Using flow cytometry instrument detect and compare the content of CD4+CD25+CD127-regulatory T cells accounted for the proportion of CD4+CD25+T cells inperipheral blood of patients with cervical cancerã€cervical benign diease and normalpeople,and analyze the content of CD4~+CD25~+CD127~-regulatory T cells in peripheralblood of patients with cervical cancer correlation with clinicopathological parameters.Results:The content of CD4~+CD25~+CD127~-Treg in peripheral blood of patientswith cervical cancer was associated with clinical stageã€pathological gradeã€infiltrationdepth (p<0.05),no association with lymph node metastasis. And along with the upgradeclinical staging of cervical cancer〠the muscular tumor invasion depth increase and thedifferentiation of histological pathology type, the content of CD4~+CD25~+CD127~-regulatory T cells has an up-regulation. The content of CD4~+CD25~+CD127~-regulatory Tcells in the peripheral blood with lymphatic metastasis of cervical cancer patients and nolymph node metastasis were no significant differences(p>0.05). The content of cervicalcancer patients was higher than that in cervical benign disease patients and normalpeople(p<0.01),but between cervical benign disease patients and normal people were nosignificant differences(p>0.05).Conclusion: The content of CD4~+CD25~+CD127~-regulatory T cells has certaincorrelation with the incidence of cervical cancer,it may act as a marker to determine themalignant degree of cervical cancer. In clinic,we can detect the content of CD4+CD25+ CD127-regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of patients with cervical cancer, try toreduce the content of Treg, it may can provide new treatment approach for anti-tumorimmunity. And the content of CD4~+CD25~+CD127~-regulatory T cells in peripheral bloodmay be monitoring the patient’s body cell immune status and become the index of bodyanti-tumor immune response. |
