The selection of Shangdong Province-owned Hospital from2005January to2012April for various bradyarrhythmias and tachyarrhythmias implantation of permanent cardiac pacemaker (ICD) in patients with a total of494. Among247male patients,247female patients, male:female=1:1. The oldest89years old, the smallest6years old, the average age of age64.99.494patients:387patients with sick sinus syndrome,103cases of Ⅲ degree atrioventricular block;2cases of ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation,2cases of patients with heart failure.
