The Analysis Of Correlation Factor On Adolescence Orthodontics Patients’ Cooperation

Objective To analyze the correlation factor on adolescence orthodontics patients’ cooperation, so as to provide theoretical basis for predicting the cooperation in the treatment, to discuss the feasibility of cooperation intervention.Methods The method is Combination of qualitative and quantitative.Results The trust and effective communication between doctor-patient and nurse-patient, adolescence motives, adolescence mental health impact of orthodontics patients coopetation. Adolescence orthodontic patient in cognitive dimension, thinking dimension, personality dimension and emotional dimension score higher than the norm. Difference was statistically significant. Total score80points in the following cooperation, self-discipline dimension scored lowest, interpersonal dimension scores the highest. Mental health scores and their cooperative behavior of self-discipline, initiative consciousness and total correlation was statistically significant. Which personality traits and cooperation self-discipline, initiative, negative resistance, interpersonal relationship and total score correlations are statistically significant. Will conduct and cooperation consciously initiative and total score correlations are statistically significant.Conclusions Focus on adolescence orthodontics motivation, correct guidance. Strengthen psychology knowledge and communication skills training, start from the staff, increase trust and effective communication between doctors and patients or nurses and patients. To discover the adolescence psychological problems of patients in time, to carry on the guidance, improve the cooperation, and improve the effect of treatment.
