Objective:Cough is one of the common diseases of the respiratorysystem, frequent cough influence the patient’s life, work, restand so on.Most of the patients in the diagnosis of disease,routine examination of the modern medicine is mostlynormal,such as: blood routine examination, chest X-ray.ittends to be overlooked by clinicians clinicians, easilymisdiagnosed as "chronic bronchitis".After extensive use ofantibiotic therapy, the patient repeatedly and difficult toheal, and even lead to double infection.Or because thediagnosis is unclear and then take a variety of inspection,increase the economic burden of the patients.Traditional Chinese medical science in the long-termclinical practice, has accumulated rich experience in thetreatment of cough.Modern clinical research has proved that itis effective gradualness. Traditional Chinese medicine formulaparticles used in traditional Chinese medicine and modernmedicine combined with the new formulation derived.Because itcan find the relevant literature is less, so clinicians in useon its clinical effect is not clear. We explore the differenceof therapeutic effects of Qinzhi fish mixture of Chinese medicine granule and traditional decoction.In order to provideevidence for patients to choose Chinese medicine granules ortraditional Chinese herbal medicine, for the better in theclinical application.Methods:2011May to2012June in the choice of Wuhan City ChineseMedicine Hospital Respiratory Department of internal medicineclinic cough in patients with a total of116cases, wererandomly divided into treatment group and control group.Thetreatment group was57cases, male21patients, female patientsof36cases.The treatment group of the youngest patient was18years old, the oldest patients is82years old, mean age45.58±16.51years old.Patients in the control group of59cases,28cases of male patients, female patients of31cases.Thecontrol group of the youngest patient was22years old, theoldest patients was77years, mean age51.18±15.34yearsold.Comparison of two groups in sex, age, course of diseaseand illness, found no significant difference in(P>0.05).Gender, age, disease course and condition of twogroups of patients, with comparable.We selected patients withrespiratory diseases, asthma group make cough classificationand diagnostic criteria of Chinese Medical Association.Theselected patients were treated according to TCM syndromediagnosis standard version2011years cough TCM diagnosis andtreatment expert consensus opinion classification.We selectedpatients after a detailed history.The selected patients werecarried out physical examination system.The selected patientswere relevant laboratory tests.In the treatment, the twogroups of patients were given Qinzhi fish mixture.Drug use is as follows: Scutellaria, gardenia, Houttuynia cordata, bitterorange, tangerine peel, pinellia, Poria, licorice.Thenaccording to the accompanying symptoms, according to the eightprinciples of TCM syndrome differentiation theory, with thecard to add and subtract.Patients in the treatment grouptreated with TCM formula granule, patients in the control grouptreated with Chinese medicine powder medicine decoction.Theobserved results using SPSS19.0statistical software, dataanalysis and processing.Using t test method for the detectionof measurement data.Count data using card detection testmethod.Rank sum test level data.When P>0. is05, then theresult is no significant difference.Results:1.The total curative effect of two groups of patients: Inthe treatment group, cured5cases, markedly effective40cases,effective11cases, invalid1cases,the total efficiency of98.3%. In the control group, cured4cases, markedly effective30cases, effective22cases, invalid3cases,the total efficiency of94.9%. Comparing the two groupsof patients with total efficiency, detection with rank sumtest.P>0.05tips, no statistically significant differencebetween the two groups.The treatment group and the controlgroup had no significant difference.2.Clinical efficacy comparison is as follows:Comparisonof treatment group and control group before and after treatmentof symptoms, there was significant difference(P<0.05).Theirdifferences have statistical significance.After treatment,the treatment group and the control group individual symptomscores have no significant difference (P>0.05).In the two groups in symptoms had no significant difference.3.During the treatment, the two groups of patients havegood tolerance.They had no allergy and nausea, vomiting,diarrhea and other adverse reactions.Qingfei Zhike Fang hasno obvious toxic side effect.Conclusion:Clinical test results show that, Qinzhi fish mixture oftraditional Chinese medicine granule and decoction of Chinesemedicine treatment of phlegm-heat obstructing lung type coughhave equivalent clinical efficacy. In the improvement of cough,expectoration symptom, the effect of the two groups are verygood.It shows that Qinzhi fish mixture has the functions ofclearing the heat, cough and phlegm. The two groups had the sameprescription dose.The two groups were no allergy and adversereaction The above conclusion shows that Qinzhi fish mixtureof Chinese medicinal granule for treating phlegm-heatobstructing lung type cough is effective.Chinese medicinalgranules Qinzhi fish dose can refer to Chinese herbal medicinedose.
