To Study The Influence Of Xuebijing Injection On Hs-CRP、FIB、HCY In Elderly Patients With Non-ST-segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction

Objective:To study the influence of Xuebijing Injection on hs-CRP, FIB, HCY in elderly Patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI). Methods: Selecting130elderly NSTEMI patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, retrospectively from February2010to February2012. Deviding into basic drug treatment group (control group) or Xuebijing treatment group (Observation group) randomly. Both of them were undergoing hs-CRP、FIB、HCY test twice during the therapy period which is the first day and the seventh day. Then comparing with there is exactly difference in the latter test. Results:①Comparing with the control group, Observation group’s hs-CRP, FIB, HCY is decline (P<0.05);②Comparising with the control group, Observation group’s worsening angina rate and EMI rate are decline (P<0.05). Conclusion:In the background of limited samples Xuebijing Injection can deduce the level of inflammatory response of elderly NSTEMI patients and cut down the rate of worsening angina and EMI, which is one of the safety medicine to treat the NSTMI.
