Differential Expression Of AnnexinA2among Different Stages Of Breast Cancer And Fibroadenoma Tissues In Human Being

Objective:To research that annexinA2may play a role in breast cancerby observing expression of annexinA2in both human breast cancer andfibroadenoma.Methods:Different pathological gradings,clinical stagings and lymphnode metastasis or not of breast cancer tissues,fibroadenoma tissues controlbeing used,were observed by immunohistochemical staining and RT-PCR.Results:Expession of protein and gene of annexinA2in breast cancertissues were higher than in breast fibroadenoma tissues (P<0.05).Expressionof annexinA2was positively correlated with pathological gradings, clinicalstagings and lymph node metastasis in breast cancer,negatively correlatedwith ages.Conclusion:Expression of annexinA2was up-regulated in breast cancercells,indicating that annexinA2may be a biological marker and play animportant role in breast cancer.
