Research On Fatigue Of Software Programmer

Chinese software programmers increased rapidly, it predicts that the population will be6,000,000in2015.and according to an American investigation,about73.4%software develo-pers whose ages arranged from25to40years old suffered from fatigue syndrome.It seems that the occupational disease increases per year in software industry.The enterprises shouldn’t overall employees’occupational health problems while invest a lot in R&A.It’s helpful for us to find the factors that lead to fatigue from the aspect of employees’behavioral characteristic-s,and then put forward valid solutions to improve software programmers’occupational enviro-nment and increase employees’job satisfaction.What’s more,it also contributes to a productiv-ity improvement and health development of the whole industry.It’s necessary to analyze software developers’professional environment and make an cor-responding program to relieve fatigue symptom for an increasing popularity and special work-ing conditions.Traditional fatigue study usually from the aspect of static working postures but not a dynamic job behaviors which contain a series of actions,such as sitting postures, kicking the keyboard and watching the monitors.Each behavior is consist of different postures and th-ose build a total behavior contents of software programmers.This paper analyzes three prominent work behaviors based on former studies and the main contents of this paper are introduction,fatigue sketch,theories,software programmers’ fatigue analysis and relevant parameters design. The paper researches a series of behaviors in software programmers’job with the methods of literature study,field trip and logical analysis. The theories of ergonomics, physiology,biomechanics,labor psychology and industry enginee-ring are also applied to dig into the reasons of fatigue. All those tried to design a friendly work environment for software employees.
