Congenital Malformations And Represents A Retrospective Study

Research purposes: To explore the congenital syndactyly surgical treatmentfor improving the efficiency of treatment.Research Methods：In past two years,30cases with congenital syndactylyapplying a skin graft and flap transfer in the first hospital of Jinlin universitywere observed. Advancement flap to the dorsal metacarpal anterograde dorsalmetacarpal island flap, the Pentagon advancement flap, local local V-Y-W ofadvancement flap and the rhomboid flap reconstruction finger web; forming askin graft to repair and after-Z-word refers to the body.Findings: The group of patients were followed up from6months to2years,24cases overall treatment results were satisfactory: finger web size moderatesatisfaction, flexion and extension, finger shape freely.6cases secondarysurgery, reason: skin graft necrosis in3cases, finger flexion contracture scar,webbed wound infection, secondary scar hyperplasia formation is incompleteand refers cases.6patients were re-excision scar skin grafting, or "Z" flap angioplasty, a satisfactory effect.The results: The timing of surgery should be selected after birth6months to2years, and the designing should be focused on the reconstruction of finger web,the reconstruction surgical methods should be preferred dorsal metacarpalanterograde or retrograde skin flap; refers to the body repairshould choose fullafter skin graft to prevent flexion contracture of the fingers.
