Diagnosis?Treatment And Identification Of 8 Cases Of Rare Hand Tumors And Review The Related Literature

ObjectiveTo report the diagnosis and treatment of 8 cases of hand tumors,compare the differences and resemblances,and review the related literature.MethodsFrom October 2014 to 2017 in January,8 cases of hand tumors were admitted in our hospital.There were 2 male patients and 6 female patients with a mean age of 38 years,and only one of the 2 patients had a clear history of trauma.There was no obvious cause of the disease in all the patients.The preoperative examination of 8cases of patients without surgical contraindications,they all adopt local resection and pathological examination.According to the intraoperative rapid pathological 1 cases adopt amputation,after local resection 1 cases accept finger amputation.And compare their similarities and differences from the clinical manifestations,imaging findings,pathological analysis,treatment principle,diagnosis,recurrence rate,distant metastasis and malignant transformation and prognosis.Results8 cases of patients with pathological diagnosis were: malignant mesenchym al tumor,bizarre parosteal cartilaginous tumor bone hyperplasia(Nora disease),Posey hemangioendothelioma(KHE),Ewing/PNET sarcoma,infantile fibrosarcom a,subungual melanoma,basaloid squamous cell carcinoma,fiber sheath tumor.According to a retrospective study these cases are similar in terms of clinical manifestation,laboratory examination,treatment principles and diagnostic basis,however,in the organization of origin,nature,age,location,imaging characteri stics,recurrence rate,distant metastasis,malignant transformation and prognosis,and each has its particularity.ConclusionHand tumors are easy to be detected early,and should be diagnosed as early aspossible,according to the degree of malignancy and metastasis to determine the operation plan.For the benign tumors of the hand,we adopt a positive and appropriate treatment plan.For the malignant tumors of the hand,we should be vigilant and pay attention to differential diagnosis.For the simple rare malignant tumors of the hand,we should take the simple extended resection,even cut the finger(limb)according to the rapid pathology.The treatment was mainly based on extended resection,supplemented by other therapies.It can improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the psychological pressure of patients.For rare hand tumors,we should improve the understanding of the diagnosis and treatment methods,research its clinical features,thereby better guide the clinical,benefit the society.
