Objective:Study and analyze the relationship between clotting Index in peripheralblood and clinical factors of gastric cancer to further reveal its clinicalsignificance. The clotting Index include thrombin time, prothrombintime, activated partial prothrombin time,Prothrombin activity fibrinogen andplatelet and the clinical factors include age, gender, gastric, tumor size, part, pathological type, clinical different stage and transfer.Method:Select the520patients from jilin university in January2009to December2011by pathological diagnosis for gastric cancer,and200people confirmed bypathology for chronic gastritis, ulcer, gastric polyps and healthy people ascontrol group during the same period.Observe TT,PT,APTT, PTA,FBG andPLT count, to make statistical analysis.Results:1.Gastric cancer in peripheral blood plasma PT, FBG levels comparedwith the control group compared to the higher; gastric cancer group PLT countwas significantly higher than the control group, and the differences werestatistically significant (p<0.05, p<0.01). 2.Women group of gastric cancer in peripheral blood plasma TT comparedto higher levels than men group, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).3.FBG levels of gastric cancer patients age≥60compared with age <60compared to the higher, statistically significant (p<0.05).4.APTT level of Gastric cancer patients tumor≥2.5cm compared withtumor <2.5cm group increased compared; Peripheral blood FBG,PLT countbetween the two group tumor≥2.5cm group was significantly higher, and thedifferences were statistically significant (p<0.05; p<0.01).5.TT, APTT, PT, PTA, FBG and PLT count in the peripheral blood ofGastric cancer among the different groups of stomach were not statisticallysignificant (p>0.05).6.PT,FBG and PLT count in peripheral blood in different clinical stages ofgastric cancer group were higher than that of the control group, with the stagesof changing PT, FBG and PLT count levels tended to increase, and thedifferences were statistically significant (p<0.05; p<0.05; p<0.01).7.TT in peripheral blood of the differentiation degree of gastric cancergroup was lower than control group, and the level tended to decrease in thedifferentiation degree; The PLT count is higher than that in the control group, and PLT count gradually increased with the degree of differentiationchange,The differences were statistically significant (p<0.05).8.The FBG and PLT count in peripheral blood compared with papillary ad enocarcinoma, tubular adenocarcinoma, Mucinous adenocarcinoma, Signetring cell carcinoma of Gastric cancer group were statistically significant(p<0.05).9.The FBG level and PLT count in peripheral blood of gastric cancer, themetastasis group were higher than those without metastasis;those werestatistically significant (p<0.05; p<0.01).10.The PT with TNM stage were positively correlated, the PTA withdegree of differentiation and TNM stage was negatively correlated withpositive correlation (p<0.05); the FBG with TNM stage, lymph node metastasiswere positively correlated; PLT count and tumor size, TNM stage, lymph nodeinvolvement was statistically significant (p<0.05).Conclusion:1.The higher of FBG and PLT indicates that it exists bloodhypercoagulabale state in gastric carcinoma patients. The prolongation of PT inblood plasma indacates that patients have Bleeding tendency.2.The PT level of gastric plasma was correlated with clinical stage, andAPTT level was correlated with tumor size.3.The TT level of gastric plasma was correlated with gender and degree ofdifferentiation.4.The FBG level of gastric plasma was correlated with the age ofpatient, clinical stage, histological type and metastasis, and FBG with tumor size, and FBG with TNM stage, degree of lymph node and metastasis was apositive correlation.5.The PLT count of gastric plasma was correlated with Tumor size, clinical stage, degree of differentiation, pathological type, metastasis, and PLTcount with tumor size,TNM stage, degree of lymph node was a positivecorrelation.
