Objectives:"combination of disease and syndrome" is commonly used in clinical treatment method.Under the present situation that traditional Chinese Medicine’s treatment and typing have their own views,discussion on specific diseases with specific treatment has certain practical significance.Based on the "spleen deficiency and qi stagnation" is the main pathological nature of chronic gastritis that tutor group summary in early stage,So according to the methods of "invigorating the spleen and regulating qi",We make a basic square and Changes along with the card in treating.This treatment method is the specific performance that "combination of disease and syndrome" method is applied in the spleen and stomach disease.Discussion on feasibility and validity of this treatment approach has a good clinical significance,and can make the complex clinical diagnosis and treatment achieve a simple, efficacy, convenient and safe purpose.Methods:Through the treatment of "combination of disease and syndrome"and the treatment of "traditional syndrome differentiation",to observe clinical curative effect and the improvement of the life quality of the patients,then evaluate the effect and feasibility of the use of chronic gastritis Decoction "in the treatment of disease objectively.TO get60cases according to the diagnostic criteria of endoscopic and pathological that made in2006National Consensus Conference on chronic gastritis in shanghai,divided the cases into the " combination of disease and syndrome" treatment group and the "Traditional syndrome differentiation"control group of30cases.In the first treatment,survey and registration the symptoms of the " combination of disease and syndrome" group’s patients with chronic gastritis from different ages, genders, occupations,and durations by face-to-face questionnaire,then fill out the collection scale of diagnostic data,record the essence of syndrome by "Syndrome elements differentiation" software,Statistic syndrome element data,so that to sure that the nature of the disease cases inchuded in the" combination of disease and syndrome" group is in accordance with "spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation", then treat the " combination of disease and syndrome" treatment group with "Tiao zang yun qi"decoction and adds and subtracts drugs in treating according to "Jian pi tiao qi" treatment;At the same time,to treat the "Traditional syndrome differentiation "group according to the traditional methods of treatment based on syndrome differentiation.To statistics symptom scores and the scores of Physical Functioning, Role-Physical, Social Functioning as well as Mental Health before and after treatment in order to4weeks limits. Then to observe the overall effect of the two groups,at the last,to evaluate the efficacy and feasibility of the thought of" combination of disease and syndrome" treatment.Results:(1)The card types’frequency of the "Traditional syndrome differentiation" group from high to low is:the weakness of the spleen and stomach syndrome(46.67%), the damp-heat obstructing stomach syndrome(23.33%),the Liver Qi Violation stomach syndrome(20%),the eating stomach syndrome(6.67%), the blood stasis stopping in the stomach syndrome(3.33%),the cold evil guest of stomach syndrome and the stomach yin deficiency syndrome did not appear.(2)The major lesion site syndrome elements’ frequency of the " combination of disease and syndrome" group(30cases) from high to low is:Stomach (33.85%),Spleen (30.77%),Liver (26.15%),total frequency is90.77%.It’s major lesion nature syndrome elements’frequency from high to low is:Qi stagnation (22.12%),Qi weak (17.70%), Yang weak(14.16%),Wet(15.04%, total frequency is69.03%.It’s most frequency Combinations is:Liver,Spleen,Stomach+Qi stagnation,Qi weak,Qi weak in Spleen and Stomach,Wet in Spleen and Stomach,Yang weak in Spleen and Stomach,Qi stagnation in Liver,Spleen and Stomach.So it’s nature is "spleen deficiency and qi stagnation"really, and the basic party made by the nature conforms to the theory of traditional Chinese Medicine.(3)After the treatment,Clinical symptoms of two groups were very significant(p<0.05),The curative effect is quite (p>0.05),the total efficiency of the " combination of disease and syndrome" group is96.67%,the"Traditional syndrome differentiation" group’s is90.00%;The degree of the clinical symptom improvement of the " combination of disease and syndrome" group is more obvious than the "Traditional syndrome differentiation" group’s (p<0.05).(4)After the treatment,the two group’s overall quality of life were significantly improved(p<0.05),the degree of improvement is quite(p>0.05).And Physical Functioning and Mental Health Significantly improve(p<0.05),but Role-Physical and Social Functioning did not improve Significantly(p>0.05).(5)The two groups were not found adverse drug reaction cases in the treatment process. Conclusions:(1)The treatment method of "combination of disease and syndrome" is effective and feasible in clinical practice when used in the treatment of chronic gastritis,and can make the diagnosis and treatment of chronic gastritis more simple, efficacy,convenient and safety.(2)The treatment method that adds and subtracts drugs on the basic of "Tiao zang yun qi "decoction can improve clinical symptoms and quality of life of Chronic gastritis patients significantly.
