The Study Of Tiaozheng Xinshuai Decoction To The Syndrome Of Yinyang Liangxu&Tanyu Shuiting In CHF Which Caused By DM&CHD

Objective:To study Tiaozheng Xinshuai Decoction’s clinical efficacy on the treatment of Chronic Heart Failure(CHF) which caused by Diabetes Mellitus(DM) and Coronary Heart Disease(CHD)(Yinyang Liangxu&Tanyu Shuiting). And plasma Brain Natriuretic Peptide (BNP), glycosylated hemoglobin (HBA1C) morning fasting blood glucose level testing and echocardiography, Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction (LVEF), monitoring explore tone dirty Onyang the treatment of diabetes and coronary heart disease, the mechanism of chronic heart failure (Yinyang Liangxu&Tanyu Shuiting).Methods:60CHF patients which caused by DM&CHD stasistype into the treatment group and the control group randomly,each group had30cases. Besides the base treatlment, the treatment group took the Tiaozheng Xinshuai decoction, Each group took4weeks as a course of treatment.Results:After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group is87%and70%in the control group; symptoms of heart failure efficacy rate of83%,67%in the control group; differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05) between the two groups.The TCM group before and after treatment symptom scores, heart failure integral comparison with the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05); compared before and after treatment in the same group, P＜0.05. LVEF between the two groups before and after treatment difference comparison, P＞0.05. Biochemical medicine group than in the control group before and after the plasma BNP between the two groups therapeutic difference comparison, P＜0.05; morning fasting blood glucose before and after treatment between the two groups difference comparison,P＜0.05, HBA1C levels between the two groups before and after treatment the difference comparison, P＞0.05.Conclusions:Tiaozheng Xinshuai Decoction obviously improve the patient’s of TCM clinical symptoms and heart failure Integral, Integrative Medicine in general more effective than simple western basic treatment.Tiaozheng Xinshuai Decoction play a role in the mechanism may be related to lower BNP levels and improve glucose metabolism, improve heart function.
