Clinical Study Of Zhengqingfengtongning Sustained-release Tablets In The Treatment Of Osteoarthritis Of The Knee

Objective:To improve the situation of Zhengqingfengtongning sustained-release tablets on knee osteoarthritis clinical symptoms, signs, comparison of Zhengqingfengtongning sustained-release tablets and diacerein capsules in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy, therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on osteoarthritis in.Methods:Randomly divided into two groups,70cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of35cases. The treatment group was given Zhengqingfengtongning sustained-release tablets, two times a day, each time60mg. The control group with diacerein capsules, two times a day, each time50mg. The two groups were treated for8weeks.Results:1. Comparison of TCM syndrome total score:two groups before treatment symptom scores had no significant difference (P>0.05), has no statistical significance. After treatment, symptom scores between the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05), with statistical significance, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group;2. Comparison of treatment group and control group, clinical symptoms, physical signs:two group after treatment for knee pain, knee swelling, knee tenderness and other symptoms, the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, there was significant difference (P<0.01); the two group after treatment or not, for flexion ankylosis improved, the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the two groups after treatment, Yaoxisuanruan, squat down on pain, pain, without statistically significant difference in cold aggravated (P>0.05).3. Comparison of the efficacy of WOMAC:the treatment group and the control group clinical assessment (WOMAC) results showed that, the treatment group total effectiveness85.71%, the comparison group total effectiveness68.57%, two groups of patients with clinical curative effect (WOMAC) there was significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Zheng Qing Feng Tong Ning and Diacerein in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, signs and joint function, analgesic, anti-inflammatory role in osteoarthritis of knee joint;the overall effect is better than Zhengqingfengtongning sustained-release tablets in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee diacerein capsule.
