| Objective：To observe the clinical effects on using acupuncture to treatacne inflammation, provide substantial theoretical ground for furtheracne clinical treatment.Method：This research adopts double-blind and randomized controlled trialmethod. The patients were averagely divided into two groups at random.One group was treated by using acupuncture from the differentiation ofthe heart as the treatment group, while the Reference Group was treatedby taking Accutane only. The treatment group was treated by acupunctureevery other day, and stopped treatment at Sunday, adopting acupointautohemotherapy once a week,6times for a course of treatment. The othergroup took Accutane (1mg/kg) three times a day,20days for a course oftreatment. After eight weeks treatment，statistic method would be adoptedto analyze the data.Results: After the treatment, the state of the patient from the two groupshas significantly improved. The total effective rate of the treatmentgroup was93.3%, and that of the reference group was60.00%. by comparisonThere was distinctive difference between the two groups (P＞0.05).There were statistical differences between the treatment group (Agroup) and the reference group (B group) after treatment. Compared to the therapeutic index of the reference group (with average of39.68%), theaverage of the treatment group is63.50%, p＜0.05. The higher averageindex of the A group fully revealed that the treatment of the A group wasbetter than the B group in the regenerating of the skin and removal ofthe acne scars.Conclusion: Compared with taking Accutane, using acupuncture combinedwith to treat the acne disease is of clinical significance and wouldgreatly improve one’s quality of life. |
