And then discusses with sodium aescinate prevention of increased intracranial pressure curative effect.Method:The experiment will be healthy male macaques12only randomly divided into the experimental group and control group, and in the production process of cerebral embolism model, given the sodium aescinate (0.4mg/kg). In embolization respectively before1min after embolization,10min,30min and60min record blood pressure, heart rate and breathing rate of change. And waist wear monitoring of cerebrospinal fluid pressure value. And before the embolism, after embolization blood do blood gas analysis, and observe clinical manifestations, judge whether the change of intracranial pressure appear.Results:Group1min after embolization, macaques artery systolic blood pressure (SBP) and artery diastolic blood pressure (DBP) than low control group (P<0.05); Compared with the other time before embolization no change. In the control group, after embolization1min, artery systolic blood pressure and heart rate increased before a embolization (P<0.05), artery embolization diastolic blood pressure before is increased significantly (P<0.05), breathing down before a embolism significant (P<0.05); After embolization10min, artery systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure before a embolism artery increased (P<0.05), breathing down before a embolism significant (P<0.05); After embolization30min, breathing down before a embolism significant (P<0.05); After embolization60min, heart rate is down before embolization (P<0.05). Measurement of cerebrospinal fluid pressure visible, the control group and the pressure of the macaques cerebrospinal fluid embolism is in after embolization front have difference (P<0.05), and the control group) is the CSFP existence difference (P<0.05). Before and after embolization blood gas analysis shows, the control group is significantly reduced the PO2(P<0.05), and is also the SO2%low (P<0.05). And clinical expression is the vomit and pupil change phenomenon is the control group are relatively low.Conclusions:With sodium aescinate in the process of cerebral embolism can maintain the smooth vital signs. And effectively reduce cerebral embolism oxygen in the process of the situation, and improve the intracranial pressure change some of the typical clinical manifestations. So it can reduce Cerebrospinal fluid pressure and draw the conclusion to a certain extent when the acute cerebral embolism can prevent the increased intracranial pressure.
