Objective:This study explores the distribution of the thoracic and lumbar vessels, providing a throretical basis for prevention of the bone cement leakage in percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP).Methods:The100cases with Vertebral Compression Fractures were examined preoperatively with CT, and then making a comparison measurement of the groove angle distribution of vertebral vessels, the position of safety zone and the position of vascular channel in the vertebral body. Results:According to100cases, there is no statistical significant (P>0.05) to make a comparison among the groove angle distribution of vertebral vessels, the position of safety zone and the position of vascular channel in the vertebral body. Conclusions:(1) CT scan is necessary to evaluate the vertebral vascular distribution before percutaneous vertebroplasty;(2) vertebral arch is located in the two-thirds of the vertebral body, and blood vessel is also in the two-thirds of the pedicle of vertebral arch;(3) thoracolumbar vertebras have relatively constant safety zone, improving the puncture Angle and puncturing to the safety zone can reduce the leakage of bone cement in percutaneous vertebroplasty.(?)... |
