| Objective:To observe the histoligical changes of parotid gland each component (acini, ducts, stromal, myoepithelial cells) after the duct was ligated. For the clinical treatment of parotid gland diseases provide a theoretical basis. Further study the composition of gland while the Stensen’s duct ligation in the outcome of the mechanism to provide a theoretical basis and argument basis.Method:Selected60adult female SD rats,30as the experimental group, The remaining30as the control group. We ligate the right parotid gland duct of the experimental group; regular obtain sample, preparation of tissue sections. By HE staining, immunohistochemistry, morphometry and electron microscopy, observed in different stages of parotid gland acinar, myoepithelial cells, ducts and interstitial volume fraction and morphological changes.Result:After surgery1day to30days, significantly reduced the volume fraction of acinar.20days after surgery, microscopy has been unable to observe acinar. Myoepithelial cells, ducts and interstitial volume fraction was significantly increased, and constitute the final shrinkage of the gland tissue. The volume of gland lobules gradually reduced and the gap increase in the process of gland atrophy. Because aciniar disappear, so the parotid gland do not have secretory function after atrophy. Conclusion:The acinar of parotid glandular tissue atrophic completely after Stensen’s duct was ligated. Not observed salivary gland cyst in experiment, for the clinical use of this treatment provides a theoretical basis. And the myoepithelial cells proliferated in the atrophy gland. |
