In recent times, how to effectively prevent and cure the metabolic syndrome, delay the development of atherosclerotic, decrease the incidence and mortality of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, is a common hotspot to the endocrine and cardiovascular scholar.Objective:To observed clinical efficacy and safety of Fu Yang Phlegm Huayu Method in treating metabolic syndrome pathoglycemia.Methods:To select a total of60cases meet condition of the metabolic syndrome pathoglycemia of patients.which were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group30cases. On basic treatment diet therapy and exercise therapy).the controlled group was treated with the Metformin Hvdrochloride Tablets.which can reduce the blood sugar levels, the weight and high insulin hematic disease. The treatment group which was based on medication plus was treated with the Fu Yang Phlegm Huayu Decoction. To observed two groups of changes before and after treatment. Waistline and BMI and TCM syndromes and Blcod sugar changes.the course of treatment was12weeks. All data were conducted using statistical software SPSS16.0statistical analvsisConclusion:1. The clinical study showed that treatment group and control group with blood sugar. BMI and waist circumference treatment before and after comparison, the results showed that the treatment set is total and efficient for86.67%, matched control total efficient is60%,2set compare。The treatment set is obviously higher than the comparison group (P<0.05)2. During the courses of treatments, the treatment group showed no signs of poisonous or seriousside effects. No Significant differences resulted in the general blood tests(including liver and kidney functional tests and EKG and sternum)or ruine and fecal examinations 3. According to the clinical experience of many years for Tutor suggests that the pathogenesis of the metabolic syndrome are mostly yangxu tanyu hujie.4. Results in this experiment indicate that Fu Yang Phlegm Huayu Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of MS and can assuredly ameliorate the diversified indexes of MS. moreover there are not poison and side effect occuring. It offer a new idea and method of treating MS with traditonal chinese medicine.
