Laparoscopic Ovarian Drilling And Diane-35Evaluation Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Pregnancy

Ojective To compare the value of the Laparoscopic ovarian drilling and Diane35in the trentment Polycystic ovarian syndrome combined with infertility.Methods June2007to December2008treated PCOS patients, in accordance with the wishes of patients divided into two groups of80cases of laparoscopic ovarian drilling were to take over the British-35treatment and were observed before and after treatment luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), testosterone (T), estradiol (E2), prolactin (PRL) levels, and the pregnancy rate within one year.Results Two groups of luteinizing hormone (LH), testosterone (T) decreased significantly (P<0.05) surgery group ovulation, pregnancy rate90.1%, the drug treatment group26.25%.Conclusion Using laparoscopic ovarian drilling on the role of polycystic ovary syndrome than the drug group, is an effective method of treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome...
