PuttingCommunity Health Services into Medical Insurance is only in the part of medical services.There still exist many system and management problems on Social Medical Insurance tosupport for Community Health Services.In the paper, by taking an empirical study on the role of Social Medical Insurance inCommunity Health Service System, demonstrate that the Social Medical Insurance hasplayed a certain role in improving the efficiency and equity of community health servicesand analyze the reasons why this effect is not remarkable. After considering how British,American and German Medical Insurance participates in Community Health Services, thepaper believes Medical Insurance should expand the coverage of Community HealthServices and improve its compensation level, when it is gradually covering all peopleduring the transition period. Only to expand the coverage of Social Medical Insurance, putmore medical services in community health service institutions in the pay range of SocialMedical Insurance, properly lower medical treatment payment line, encourage patients goto primary health care institutions for medical treatment, ensure the stability of the fundingchannels of Community health Service, strengthen community health service institutions tobe supervised by Social Medical Insurance department, can community health service behealthily developing.
