In30Patients With Systemic Sclerosis Clinical Characteristic Analysis

Objective:30cases of patients with systemic sclerosis clinical data collection, analysis of systemic sclerosis onset age, initial symptoms, skin damage, damage of internal organs, the visceral damage symptoms arise distribution, skin damage degree and damage of internal organs and Raynaud’s phenomenon and the internal relationship between damage, system sclerosis of ENA antibody spectrum of each index distribution.Methods:using the method of questionnaire, knowledge of the patient’s age, sex, occupation, the first symptom, skin lesions, and visceral system damage in30cases of patients with traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were summarized.Results:30cases of diffuse cutaneous scleroderma, and acral sclerodermal5cases each, each accounted for50%. Gender:female mainly accounted for90%. Occupation distribution in mental workers mainly accounted for70%.20-30and40-50is the peak age incidence. The first symptoms of Raynaud phenomenon mainly accounted for60%; joint lesions and skin lesions for each of the5cases, accounting for17%; a single symptoms as initial manifestations mainly accounted for93.3%. Skin damage staging to hardening period, accounted for63.3%; pigmentary changes in pigmentation, accounted for80%; the degree of hardening with mild hardening50%. Visceral damage:in heart, lung lesions mainly accounted for60%, digestive system and heart, lung damage in diffuse cutaneous scleroderma and acral scleroderma in the distribution of no statistical significance. Gastrointestinal symptoms with limited mouth opening; heart, lung damage to shortness of breath after activity mainly accounted for75%. Sclerosis of the skin and visceral system damage to different without statistical significance. Raynaud phenomenon and visceral system damage to different without statistical significance. ENA antibody against Scl-70was mainly accounted for44%.Conclusion:1, systemic sclerosis made good on the20-30,40-50age women;2, systemic sclerosis with Raynaud phenomenon first priority;3, systemic sclerosis of the visceral system damage to heart, lung injury;4, In skin damage, Raynaud’s phenomenon and visceral system damage to different correlation.
