Objective:By comparing57cases of multi-organ involvement in systemic sclerosis (SSc) patients’Renault phenomenon, laboratory examination and characteristic inspection to find out if they had differences and correlation, analysis of the law of the lesions, to provide a reference for clinical and further research.Methods:57patients who came to the first Hospital of JiLin University and diagnosed SSc were retrospectively analyzed of their clinical manifestations and established database. From the view of cardiovascular system, respiratory system, digestive system, urinary system, blood system and endocrine system, respectively compared with the control group to find differences between the clinical data of each system, and a retrospective analyzed of the patients’age, gender, Renault phenomenon, laboratory examination and characteristic inspection, using the method of statistical analysis of the corresponding conclusions. Results:1, Overall involvement:32cases of cardiovascular system,37cases of respiratory system,23cases of digestive system,21cases of urinary system,19cases of blood system,20cases of endocrine system.2, Renault phenomenon: cardiovascular system involvement and respiratory system involvement compared with its corresponding control group relatively had high incidence of Renault phenomenon, the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05).3, Laboratory examination:Cardiovascular system involvement compared with non cardiovascular system involvement had a high incidence of thyroid-stimulating hormone write, free T4left and blood sedimentation, the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05); Respiratory system involvement compared with non respiratory system involvement had a high incidence of the against Scl-70antibody positive, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Digestive system involvement compared with non digestive system involvement had a high incidence of hemoglobin reduced, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Urinary system involvement compared with non urinary system involvement had high incidence of hemoglobin reduced, albumin reduced, the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05); Blood system involvement compared with non blood system involvement had a high incidence of C3reduced, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Endocrine system involvement compared with non endocrine system involvement had high incidence of myocardial enzyme rise, albumin reduced, the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05).4, Characteristic check:Electrocardiogram (ECG):31cases of normal,5cases of tachycardia,4cases of conduction block,13cases of primary T wave and ST-t change (22.8%),7cases of right ventricular hypertrophy; Echocardiography:26cases of normal. Ventricular hypertrophy8cases, mitral valve and/or tricuspid regurgitation10cases, diastolic function impairment7cases, decreased left ventricular ejection fraction9cases, pulmonary hypertension6cases, pericardial effusion15cases (26.3%).
