Objective: To investigate the association of adiponectin gene (APN)polymorphism with pre-eclampsia and serum adiponectin levels. Methods:APN gene+45T/G polymorphisms was identified by genesequencing among259subjects,including127pre-eclampsia cases and132controls.Two groups of pregnant women adiponectin gene singlenucleotide polymorphism and sequence analysis were detected by genesequencing method, and plasma adiponectin level was measured byenzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results:The G allelefrequencies of APN gene+45T/G polymorphism and the distribution ofGG+TG genotype compared with TT genotype was significantlydifferent between pre-eclampsia patients and control subjects.Patientswith GG+TG genotypes had lower levels of Plasma adiponectin levelsthan patients with TT genotype in pre-eclampsia cases. Conclusion:Preeclampsia pregnant women plasma adiponectin level is lower than thenormal control group; The GG+TG genotype of APN gene+45C/G sitemay be associated with the occurrence of pre-eclampsia and increase thegenetic risk of developing pre-eclampsia together with adiponectindisorder. |
