The Investigation Of The Effect Of The Losartan And Benazepril On The Rats Model With Congestive Heart Failure

Objective:analyse the effect of losartan and benazepri on the rats model withcongestive heart failureMethods：40wistar rats aged5or6months,with weight of200+20g are taken asexperimental animal,then they were divided into4grouⅠgroup:sham+vehicle,Ⅱgroup:AMI+vehicle，Ⅲ group：AMI+losartan，Ⅳgroup AMI+benazepril.The rat model of CHF are Induced by the ligation of leftcoronay artery.2weeks later,Ⅰand Ⅱgroup are given placebo (water)for8weeks,the Ⅲ group are given losartan for8weeks, the Ⅳgroup are givenbenazepril for8weeks.The given volume are all5ml/kg per day.8weeks.later we use cardiac uhrasonography to detect the heart function ofthe rat models.Results:1.The mortality of:AMI group、the losartan group and nd benazeprilgroup has no statistical differences.2.The EF of the the losartan group andand benazepril group hasstatistical differences.with the AMI group.3. The EF of the the losartan group andand benazepril group has no statistical differences.4.the cardiac output has no statistical differences.5.The ultrasound of IVS and LVPW has no statistical differences.Conclusion:1.The losartan and benazepril has no effect on lowering the mortality2.We succeeded in creating the the rat models with heart heart.3. The losartan and benazepril both can improve the EF of the ratmodels.4. The losartan and benazepril has no difference on improving the EFof the rat mode.
