Medic-patient conflict, a very specialized medical relationship, is the key pointof social activities in medications. With the rapid development in China, medicalconditions has enhanced significantly: instruments are modernized, environment isoptimized, more diseases are cured, and the population under medical care system hasgrown and been better covered. However, there has been great tense between medicsand patients. A growing number of patients are unsatisfied about their medications,giving rise to conflicts and even violence. It becomes hard to develop reliabilitybetween medics and patients.What happens along with these contradictions is the social transformation andmarketization of medical services in China in recent years. Nowadays, medic-patientfrictions has become growingly intensive and fast developing. They have become ahighlight of modern China. The medic-patient frictions which exhibit a dynamicproperty are caused by the lack of effective communications between medics andpatients due to the difference in knowledge and recognitions, given that China isexperiencing a series of transformations including social regime and structure withrespect of globalization, and medical services are being marketized and improving.The purpose of the presented research, based on sociology theories, is tocarefully study the causes and seek the solution of medic-patient conflicts, referring tosocial interactions with a Chinese locale. With professional sociology methodsincluding surveys, interviews, direct observations, and case studies to analyze thefractions, thus propose an appropriate solution.
