Relationship Between Dampness And E-Cad,Sicam-1,L-selectin In Patients Of Gastric Cancer

Objectives:To discuss the relationship between Dampness and E-Cad, Sicam-1, L-selectin in Gastric Cancer, and provide a basis for objectivity of TCM differentiation.Methods:Symptoms and signs of228patients of Gastric Cancer were observed. Syndrome differentiation method was used to analyze the distribution of dampness mark. Levels of E-Cad、sICAM-1、L-selectin were measured in all patients, difference between Levels of E-Cad、sICAM-1、L-selectin and dampness mark ranks was analyzed, and the correlation between E-Cad、sICAM-1、L-selectin and dampness mark was analyzed at the same time.Results:1.Dampness mark of most patients of gastric cancer was above70, the proportion is83.33%, among which32.89%ranked as1st level,26.32%ranked as2nd level and24.12%ranked as3rd.2. The levels of E-Cad、sICAM-1、L-selectin of patients of gastric cancer were higher than control group, the difference was very obvious(P<0.01)3. The levels of E-Cad and sICAM-1in patients which dampness ranked3rd were higher than other groups, the difference was very obvious (P<0.01). The levels of E-Cad and sICAM-1in patients which dampness ranked between1st and2nd showed no obvious difference. The correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficient between E-Cad、 sICAM-1and dampness was0.456and0.484respectively.4. When the pathological change of dampness increased, its levels of L-selectin rise correspondingly, there were obvious difference among all the groups (P<0.01). The correlation coefficient between level of L-selectin and dampness was0.701.Conclusion:1. There is widespread pathological change of dampness among patients of gastric cancer.2. The levels of Adhesion Molecule rise in patients of gastric cancer.3.Dampness mark has strong relationship with levels of E-Cad、sICAM-1and L-selectin.
