Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Knee Osteoarthritis by Acupotomy. Methods:Firstly, divide40patients by simple random into treatment group and control group with20cases in each group. The treatment group were treated by acupotomy, once a week for five weeks for a course. The control group were treated with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate,2ml each knee time, once a week for five weeks for a course. Record clinical efficacy of the two sets of patients before and after treatment, symptom scores, visualization scale(WOMAC)score.Detect the content of TNF-α,MMP-3and IL-1in synovial fluid before and after treatment. The data obtained are used SPSS16.0software analysis. Results:The results show that the two treatment methods are effective:①Clinical efficacy:The total efficiency that the treatment group was87.50%and the control group was76.00%. The total effective rate difference can be thought that the two groups are different;②Syrnptom score and WOMAC score:The result display that the treatment methods can improve the clinical symptoms; The treatment group is lower than the control group in the results of the clinical symptom score and WOMAC score; After treatment, the two groups of the symptom score there were significant difference;③Detection indicators:Both groups can effectively reduce the TNF-α,MMP-3and IL-1of synovial fluid, and the control group is better than treatment group;④Correlation analysis:Before treatment, two groups of patients with symptoms scores and synovial fluid of TNF-a, MMP-3and IL-1content were correlated. Conclusion:According to the statistics, we can find that integrity of acupotomy is effective for the patients with the knee osteoarthritis. The acupotomy can reduce the symptom score and the the TNF-a, MMP-3and IL-1of synovial fluid. The acupotomy is one of the effective methods for the patients with the knee osteoarthritis.
