A Clinical Observation On Taohong Siwu Decoction Combined With PLDD In The Treatment Of Qi S Tagnation And Blood Stasis Type Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:To investigate the pink Siwutang combined Percutaneous disc laser vaporization the decompression (PLDD) the clinical efficacy of the treatment of the Qi stagnation lumbar disc herniation.Methods:September2011to September2012, will comply with the inclusion criteria,60patients with lumbar disc herniation patients were randomly divided into2groups:the treatment group of30patients, percutaneous disc laser vaporization decompression combined with Taohongsiwu soup Oral;30cases of the control group, simply using PLDD technique. Comparative analysis of the two groups of patients before and after treatment Vas pain scores, JO A score, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results:(1)Score sheet ratings of the two groups of patients to compare the relative pre-treatment, the treatment group and the observation group after treatment, there were significant differences (P<0.01). After three weeks of treatment between the treatment group and the control group, a statistically significant difference (p<0.05), can be drawn to reduce the efficacy of pain in patients with treatment group than the control group.(2) Comparison of clinical efficacy, the results showed that the total effective treatment group and the control group, two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05), but the cure rate and effective rate is80%, the control group was66.67%,statistically significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group on the clinical effect of the cure rate and significant efficiency.Conclusion:Taohongsiwu soup combined Percutaneous disc laser vaporization decompression (PLDD) the treatment the Qi stagnation lumbar disc herniation clinically superior only using PLDD treatment.
