Clinical Effect Of Yi Shenqinggantang In The Treatment Of Non Obese Women With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yi Shenqinggantang in the treatment of non obese women with polycystic ovary syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome and to explore its mechanism, is in order to seek the effective treatment of non-obese women with polycystic ovary syndrome method.Mehods:There will be included sixty cases of non-obese PCOS patients, half of them being divided into treatment group and the other by control group to remedy, using the method of random and control. The treatment group takes Yi Shenqinggantang, boileding one dose a day and drinking tow times, for three months(don’t taking during period). The control group was given with Daying-35(Ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets),starting from the fifth day of menstruation, taking one tablet everyday for21days. Then stop taking the tablet, when the period comes again,they take the tablet for three months. Three months for a course of treatment, determines the results after1course of the treatmengt.Results:1.Both of the two groups can improve the patients’condition of PCOS and there was significant difference on sumptoms score of the two groups both between pre-treatment and post-treatment(P<0.05).2.The clinical study showed that, after three months of treatment, the treatment group total effectiveness86.67%, the control group83.33%, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05), there were no significant difference in the treatment group and the control group.3months after cessation of treatment, the treatment group total effectiveness80%, the control group40%, The effect of treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the two groups before and after treatment,there were statistically significant compared(P<0.05),two groups of acne both improved.The two groups showed no statistically significant(P>0.05),there were no significant difference in the degree of improvement of acne situation.4.Comparison of the two groups before and after treatment,two sers of hairy little improvement,there were no statistically significant between two groups(P>0.05).5.The clinical treatment group didn’t find obvious side effects, and also significanteffect of the three conventional or liver function.Conclusion:In the treatment of the principle, during the treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency type PCOS, the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine was86.67%in the three months treatment. The effectiveness of Western medicine was83.33%.Found non difference between the treatment group and the control group. After stopping taking medicine three months later, the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine was80%, and the effectiveness of Western medicine was40%. The traditional Chinese medicine was better than the Western medicine. Thus,the Yi Shenqinggan can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, especially the effect of long-term treatment.
