The Clinical Study On Lumbar Spinal Stenosis By Treatment Of Zhuipang Points Injection With Dan-qi Injecta Combined With Acupuncture Therapy

Objective:The aim of this subject is to evaluate the clinical effects of vertebral-side injection with Dan-qi injecta combined with simple acupuncture therapy as the treatment for Lumbar Spinal Stenosis (LSS),And the subject is designed to guide the clinical use of Zhuipang Points injections for LSS,providing theoretical support to make the treatment strategy more optimizations.Methods:Select 70 patients with LSS who met the requirements during Jul 2014 to Dec 2015,according to the order of treatment,adopted the method of random number table method according to the proportion of 1:1 randomly divided into control group and observation group,the number of cases in each group(n=35).During the observation period.the control group with simple acupuncture treatment,the observation group were given Zhuipang Points injection with Dan-qi injecta in the treatment on the basis of the control group.Observed and recorded the two groups’climical symptoms and physical signs before and after two weeks of treatment,the two groups backward extension of lumbar spine were used respectively to stretch the Angle measurement,Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) low back pain score,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) pain score,Painless walking distance score information collection.these data were assessed the clinical efficacy and observed security,and arranged follow-up visit three months after the treatment;observed and recorded the long-term efficacy of each group and application of statistical analysis data.Results:1.There is no significant difference among the gender,age,course of the disease in two groups.2.The changes of two groups backward extension of lumbar spine before and after treatment:The angle of backward extension of lumbar spine is 5-10 degree before treatment in two groups.The angle of backward extension of lumbar spine is 5-25 degree after two weeks treatment in two groups,The angle of backward extension of lumbar spine after 2 weeks treatment in two groups is better than pre-treatment,The angle of backward extension of lumbar spine after 2 weeks treatment in the Observation groups is better than the control group.3.JOA low back pain score:Two groups before treatment scores were 8 to 15 points,the two group after 2 weeks treatment scores were 8 to 25 points;The JOA low back pain score after 2 weeks treatment in two groups is better than pre-treatment,The JOA low back pain score after 2 weeks treatment in the Observation groups is better than the control group.4.The VAS pain score:The two group before treatment scores were 4 to 10 points,the two groups after 2 weeks treatment scores were 0 to 10 points.The VAS pain score after 2 weeks treatment in two groups below pre-treatment,The VAS pain score after 2 weeks treatment in the Observation groups below the control group.5.Painless walking distance score:The two groups before treatment scores were 0 to 3points;The two groups after 2 weeks treatment scores were 0 to 5 points,The score after 2 weeks treatment in two groups is better than pre-treatment,The score after 2 weeks treatment in the Observation groups is better than the control group.6.The clinical efficacy and safety evaluation:After 2 weeks treatment,the cure of 5 cases of control group,21 cases got improvement,9 cases were invalid,effective rate was 74.28 percent;9 cases of Observation group were cured and 22 cases were improved,4 cases were not cured, effective rate was 88.57 percent;For long-term follow-up of 3 months after the end of treatment,3 cases were cured in the control group,20 cases improved,12 cases were invalid,effective rate was 65.71 percent;9 cases were cured in the Control group,21 cases were improved,5 cases were invalid,effective rate was 85.71 percent;The long-term efficacy of observation group is better than the control group;The control group clinical curative effect is worse than 2 weeks after the treatment,the observation group curative effect and treatment of a clinical curative effect after 2 weeks have the similar clinical effct,Both groups,there was no obvious adverse reaction (including allergic reaction,side effects).Conclusion:LSS by treatment of Zhuipang Points injection with Dan-qi injecta combined with simple acupuncture therapy,its clinical efficacy is superior to the simple acupuncture therapy group,The long-term curative effect is more stable.
