| Objective:To know the protection of the clinical nurses’ rights to practice the status quo of Hangzhou City, and analyze the problem of the existence in nursing legislation, discuss and propose some feasible counter-measures, then to provide a certain basis for the nursing administrators and policy-makers.Methods:qualitative research methods was used. By purposive sampling method,23clinical nurse of Hangzhou hospitals semi-structured interviews. To know and record questions of nurses’rights to practice in the clinical work and real thoughts, collecting data through manual analysis, extract the key themes.Results:respondents express the personal thoughts and insights mainly combine with the protection of the rights of the Nurse Regulations. Nurses needs more prominently in the wages protection of the rights and occupational protection rights protection and promotion of the training of nurses protection of the rights, nurses" self-protection awareness is weak, more hopes on the medical institutions and other related departments, and nurses comments and suggestions rights protection didn’t require more.Conclusion:Nurse protection of the rights in practice relating to nurse their own awareness of their rights, but also includes nurse managers and even the concern extent for policy makers. Attributed to nurses in its own right state of consciousness corresponding strategy from the inside, then make according recommendations outside attributable to medical institutions and social attention. |
