BackgroundThe training objectives of higher vocational education is very clear, trainingstudents for the future job or occupation adaptation of higher vocationaleducation is the important characteristic of. Since reforming and opening, ourclassroom teaching reform has never stopped, teaching theory of continuousdevelopment, the reform of classroom teaching model available, but from anoverall perspective, the classroom teaching and essentially unchanged, is still ateacher told students listening, the teacher asks the students to answer, classextracurricular supplementary loss, the students are burdened with heavyhomework burden. This is because the reform of classroom teaching in thetraditional ideas and habitual forces under the weight of the difficulty andcomplexity of the decision, but with our classroom significance understandingdoes not reach the designated position and no substantial adjustment betweenlearning and teaching, change teaching methods related.Peer learning applied in nursing education began in1992, the United Statesof America lassie in school of nursing at the University of Beck Dr. SE will bethe first application of cooperative learning to the nursing courses, and thevalidation of this learning mode is to promote nursing students’ effectivelearning teaching method. In the United States, Israel and other countries, peerlearning has formed many different, more sophisticated learning strategies,including students teams achievement divisions (STAD), group--game--contest (TGT), mosaic (Jigsaw), common learning (LT), Panel Survey (GI),at present, these strategies in Holland, Saudi Arabia and other Eurasiancountries try out and promotion. Overall, their purpose is to solve theteacher-centered class teaching existence malpractice, change the traditionalteaching mode, to better promote the development of students. But these tactics if not for teachers to use, also can not naturally into practical teaching effect.Therefore, nineteen ninties, peer learning research focused on school practiceproblems, focuses on exploring different strategies in the classroomenvironment in the use of the situation and the external conditions, so as toreveal the teachers in students’ peer learning in actual play what role, but alsofor the use of existing problems for a solution, strive to make peer learning toembody its value.PurposeFrom the higher vocational nursing students’ psychological needs, thepsychology related theory and technology applied to surgical nursing teaching,aimed at exploring the adaptation of modern clinical nursing teaching method inthe exploration of new, fully use the domestic, advanced educational philosophy,using peer learning method (also known as sister learning method,) so as tobetter achieve surgical nursing teaching goals.MethodZaozhuang occupation academy2009steps of high point of three yearvocational nursing students’1-4shift174people in total, were randomly dividedinto peer learning group (n=90) and control group (n=84). After the end ofthe course, the experimental group and the control group respectively in theoryand skills examination, two nursing students score statistics analysis.ResultThrough the experimental group and the control group questionnaire, theoryand skills examination, mid-term, final results analysis shows that: after asemester of the experimental teaching, peer teaching learning group studentsinterest in learning, exam results, excellent rate, average pass rate wasobviously higher than that in control group, there was a statistically significantdifference (P <0.05).ConclusionPeer learning is a way for students to actively participate in the teachingprocess, students skills for effective teaching method, is conducive to theimprovement of students’ comprehensive quality and the comprehensive abilitycultivation. This teaching mode, breaking the traditional" teacher-centered,students listen to the teacher," for the characteristics of the injection typeteaching mode, the leading thought and goal is to train students from simple care technicians, to cultivate critical thinking ability, creative spirit, communicationskills, ability to adapt from high-quality talent; to inculcate the knowledge-based teaching model, to students with participation of teaching consciousnessand the self education, self development ability of the active main body, so thatthey become good thought quality, cultural quality, professional quality and thepsychological quality of the comprehensive talents.
