Objective:Static urethral pressure is one of the most valuable urinkinetic parameters which evaluate the male urologic diseases, and is also a important examination for clinic.Recent years people focus highly on the urinkinetic analytical apparatus in the area of urinary surgery during the development of computer and sensor,and the urinkinetic analytical apparatus is necessary examine method in the modern urinary surgery.This research based on the ARM technology and clinical condition, to design an system which can collect the intraurethral pressure signals, and can also correspond the signals of urethral internal pressure with the location.Methods:The design of intraurethral pressure collection module and signal amplification smoothing module is based on ARM, and the design gather the sensor technique principle additionally. Design the signal collection circuit and achieve the A/D transform of the intraurethral pressure signal completely. Transplant the ARM Linux operating system, compile the driver of hardware, and compile the QT interface process by touch screen in the ARM Linux operating system to implement the real time display of static intraurethral pressure,and then draw the curve.Results:1.In simulated static urethral internal pressure collection, the signals of urethral internal pressure that sensor collected were corresponded with the location completely and be ready for following analysis.2.The feasibility of graphical display interface is exercisable, implement the real time display of intraurethral pressure signal,and draw the graph of urethral static pressure. The result of the simulated experiment shows that this system can collect and revert the intraurethral pressure signal well, and the precision can fit the clinical requisition.Conclusion:This system is reliable, less consumable and more precise, and it can process field data on time. By using ARM to be the processor, the system screen can display the static intraurethral pressure graph directly, and the signals can be brought into the computer for following analysis.This system can give some information for the clinical surgery of the urinary surgical diseases.
