The Clinical Study Of Ordering Menstrual,Menstrual,Helping Pregnancy Embryo.with Adding Supplement For Kidney In TCM

Objective:This thesis use adding supplement for kidney as the way of curing. It uses this way that the experience of recipe for ordering menstrual, helping pregnancy,and protecting menstrual disorder.this thesis also observe the more rational and more efficient traditional Chinese medicine to improve the circumstances of menstrual disorder, improve the rate of pregnancy.low the rate of early abortion.Method:Through observing the collected data in gynecological surgery in the first hospital of Yunnan traditional hospital,the patients with LPD’s menstrual disorder are60.1random separate them as two parts,one is curing part,one is curing part,the order is comparison part,each part have30patients.through observing these two parts record of menstruation,pregnancy,early abortion, hormone,basic temperature and improving in clinical symptom. Then I record each of the clinical index value that I survey to compare these two ways curative effect.The figure use percent (%) to expres (%), the quantity use(x+s)to express and the data we gest use SPSS17.0statistics software to statistic and analyze.Result:The patients with simulate the recipe of ordering menstrual, helping pregnancy and protecting embryo,or purely. Western medicine to cure LPD.each part has30patients,the total effective rate were93.33%and86.67%.the curative effect of curing part is better than comparison part..throughχ2examine,P<0.05,the differences is notable.the patient in curing part is definitely improve by way of texamine,P<0.05, the differences is also notable.Conclusion:One of the best way to cure LPD’s menstrual disorder is traditional Chinese medicine.it has good effect for ordering menstrual,and create good circumstances to pregnancy. After pregnancy, through early protecting embryo cure,in some level,low the rate of early abortion.it also can improve relative clinical symptom.comparing with the merely western medicine cure,this way of cure is slightly better.this thesis studies the rationality of merely tradition Chinese medicine to prove the effective and viable foundation of curing LPD’s menstrual disorder.it deserves clinical expand,adhibition and further study.
