Discussion On The Infertility Of Deficiency Of Kidney Yin And Yang

Objective: Kidney is the root of reproductive, and it has the function of regulating menstruation and giving babies, so it's important to replenish kidney. It's common to see women with infertility due to kidney-yin deficiency and decline of life gate fire. This article discussed the treatment of infertility due to deficiency of kidney yin and yang by Shi Bu Jia Wu Zi Wan, which is a complex prescription of replenishing kidney yin and yang, regulating menstruation.Method: Ovulation failure and menstruation disorder were observed in the clinic, which belongs to the differentiation of both kidney yin and yang deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine. About 30 cases of typical infertility women were taken as the objects.Result: The complex prescription of replenishing kidney yin and yang, regulating menstruation could promote the development of follicle and ovulation, as well as some discomfort symptoms due to deficiency of both kidney yin and yang. In addition, it is good for the promotion of synchronization reaction of endometria, which made the pregnant increase rate up to 77%.Conclusion: The complex prescription, Shi Bu Jia Wu Zi Wan, with the function of replenishing kidney yin and yang and regulating menstruation has the advantages of bi-direction and multi-element in treating infertility. Furthermore, it has no toxicity and side-effect with prospect in the clinic.
