Settling The Stomach Powder In The Treatment Of Spleen Deficiency And Qi Stagnation Observation Of Curative Effect On Diabetic Gastroparesis

Purpose:Objective to evaluate the Settling of gastric powder in the treatment of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation diabetic gastroparesis clinical curative effect, And its security is evaluated,explore new ways to the disease research and development of more effective drugs.Ways:Choose60patients of Spleen deficiency and qi stagnation in diabetic with gastroparesis,divide them into two grops in chance:30cases in the treatment group,30cases in the control group. Two cases should be educated diabetes education, and have a strict diabetes diet.They control blood sugar in the standard level (according to the diabetes control target which is made by WHO the asia-pacific region for diabetes policy group)through oral hypoglycemic drugs or insulin.On the basis of hypoglycemic therapy, the two groups were based on four weeks as a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms before and after treatment, fasting blood glucose,2-hr plasma glucose,gastric emptying improvement and adverse reaction. Finally, a statistical method is used to summarize and analyse the results,and judge the curative effect.Result:1. the effective rate of treatment group was86.7%, the effective rate of control group was60.0%, the two groups were compared, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05)。2. After treatment, the treatment group of fasting and postprandial blood glucose level of2h postprandial hyperglycemia (P<0.01), while the two groups in the lower glycosylated hemoglobin with respect to efficacy equivalent(P>0.05).3. After treatment in the treatment group increased2.5h barium discharge amount of integral are obviously better than the control group(P<0.01).4. The treatment group in improving clinical symptom scores significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).5.2weeks after discontinuation symptoms recurrence rate in the treatment group and the control group with significant difference (P<0.01), the treatment group was superior to control group.Conclusion:The research results show that Clinical observations suggest, settling stomach treated with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation diabetic gastroparesis compared with the control group, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, promoting gastric contractions, accelerated gastric emptying. Auxiliary blood sugar stable control, no toxic and side effects, so it is worth further study.
