Clinical Study On Treatment Of Diabetes Mellitus Combined With Pulmonary Tuberculosis (Qi And Yin Deficiency Syndrome) By Modified Shenlingbaizhu Powder

Research Objective:By observing the flavored and three atractylodes dispersion treatment diabetic amalgamative tuberculosis(qi and Yin deficiency syndrome)treatment role,objective evaluation of the effectiveness and safety,for the treatment of diabetic tuberculosis provide combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of the optimal solution.Research Methods:The chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital respiratory and diabetes and tuberculosis hospital of chengdu amalgamative tuberculosis diagnosed with diabetes hospitalized patients were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group.The experimental group in the chemotherapy,hypoglycemic treatment of the basic use of traditional Chinese medicine decoction(Jiawei Shenlingbaizhu powder): Codonopsis,Atractylodes,Poria,licorice,white beans,Coix Seed,yam,lotus seeds,Amomum,Campanulaceae,Chuanxiong,Astragalus,Citrus aurantium,Raw,wheat,winter and bamboo.The control group is simply using chemotherapy + hypoglycemic treatment.To observe the effect of immunoglobulin lg G,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,glycosylated hemoglobin,negative rate of sputum acid fast bacilli,chest CT absorption rate,albumin,TCM symptom score,TCM efficacy and adverse drug reaction,safety index The Finally,SPSS17.0 data were used for the efficacy and safety evaluation.Results:In this study,the experimental group and the control group in improving the patients with negative rate of sputum acid fast bacilli,lesion rate,significant efficiency P ? 0.05,no statistically significant,the effect is quite.In the experimental group,the adverse effects of immunoglobulin lg G,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,glycosylated hemoglobin and symptom score were better than those of the control group(P <0.05),and the safety evaluation level 2.Conclusion:Treatment of diabetes with tuberculosis Qi and Yin Deficiency Patients,Modified Shenlingbaizhu Powder not only in the im Provement Clinical manifestations,synergistic control of blood sugar,reduce adverse drug reactions,etc.Effective and safe.It is worth further study and a PPlication.
