Objective:Investigate the anti-cancer c prescription (oral), anti-cancer II prescription (enema) combined with Western medicine for the treatment of colorectal precancerous lesions efficacy, safety, and to further explore its therapeutic mechanism of action.Methods:This subject used research methods of a randomized controlled and before and after comparison.Inclusion criteria to select60cases,30cases were randomly divided into control group (n=30) and treatment group(n=30).The control group was treated with sulfasalazine tablets0.5g, three times a day;on this basis, the treatment group combined anti-cancer I prescription (oral) and anti-cancer Recipe II prescription (enema), were treated for2weeks.Clinical symptoms index were observed before and after treatment to make the efficacy evaluation.Results:1.It is the comparation of total efficiency of the treatment group and control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), significant efficiency, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2.The comparation of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Syndrome, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group.3.After treatment, can significantly improve clinical symptoms and lower symptom scores, treatment group on the improvement of clinical symptoms and the degree of the decline of integral are better than the control group (P<0.01).4.During the observation period, two groups of blood, urine, stool routine no significant change compared with before treatment, liver and kidney function is stable, no serious adverse events.Conclusion:The anti-cancer prescriptions,as clinicalmedication,has the role of heat and dampness.stasis,can significantly improve clinical symptoms of colorectal precancerous disease syndromes who was a endoretention of damp heat in the intestine,and also have a significant effect on the progress of colorectal precancerous disease...
