Objective:To observe the clinical curative efficacy and influences on related laboratory parameters on primary nephritic syndrome which type was fluid retention resulted from the spleen’s weak through Xingqixiaobai soup, which principle of treatment was treating incontinent syndrome with dredging method in TCM and combined with conventional western treatment(hormone standand course of treatment with conventional symptomatic treatment). And then objectively evaluate the comprehensive efficacy of primary nephritic syndrome which type was fluid retention resulted from the spleen’s weak through the method of treating incontinent syndrome with dredging method in TCM.Methods:60cases of primary nephritic syndrome which type was fluid retention resulted from the spleen’s weak were randomly divided into two groups based on the single-blind method and principle of concurrent controlled trials.30cases in the trial group and30cases in the control group. Those groups were treated by conventional western treatment(hormone standand course of treatment with conventional symptomatic treatment),the trial group were treated by combining with Xingqixiaobai soup on this basis.Started the medication when patients diagnosed in our hospital.4weeks was a course of treatment. Observe changes before and after treatment on the clinical symptoms and laborary criteria such as urinary protein,24-hour urinary protein excretion, plasma albumin, blood lipids after12weeks.Results:1.62patients,2cases were excluded,60patients were enrolled in the study at last, the collection of completed cases and the number of falling off cases were found no stastically significant difference(P>0.05),the patients with adherence were more than96.77%. Two groups of patients are no significant differences in gender, age, course and symptoms such as TCM clinical general information score before treatment.2. After12weeks of treatment, there was a significant difference in curative effect as the trial group’s total effective rate was93.33%, while the control group’s was66.67%(P<0.05).3. The trial group’s effects were better in following factors(P<0.05):the clinical symptoms such as edema, fatigue, poor appetite and indigestion, epigastric fullness, loose stools, pale complexion and the values of laborary criteria such as reduce urinary protein,24-hour urinary protein excretion, side effects of hormone and enhance plasma albumin (P<0.05).4. In the regulation of lipid, both the trial group and the control group can lower triglycerides, cholesterol and LDL,but there were no significant difference in statistics (P>0.05)Conclusions:The trial group had better effection in improving patient’s symptoms and some laborary criteria than the control group.
