ObjectiveTo establish model of New Zealand white rabbit by bacterial and candidaalbicans, inspect treatment effect of it by compound tinidazole carriersuppositories,provide theoretical basis for clinical test of compound tinidazolecarrier suppositories.MethodsBefore experiment to injection benzoic acid estradid in every rabbits tomake the state of false estrus,then by the method of respectively vaccinationbacteria (escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus) and fungi (candidaalbicans) in the vaginal of new zealand white rabbits,establishes the bacterialand candidasis vaginitis of animal model, two model were group therapy, thebacteria group is divided into model group (A1group), high, medium and lowdoses of compound tinidazole carrier suppositories group (B1, B2group group,B3group), and the women kang carrier bolt group (C1group), and ordinaryacetic acid chloride up group (D group). Mould group is divided into modelgroup (A2group), high, medium and low doses of compound was bolt fortanner carrier group (B4group, the B5group, B6group), woman kang carrierbolt group (C2group) and the common clotrimazole bolt group (group E), the bacteria group for vaginal cleanness classification and bacteriology detectionfor index, mould group for vaginal cleanness classification and vaginalsecretions appropriateness for index analysis of fungi, evaluation of thetreatment results.ResultsBacteria group:(1) cleanness grading situation: the cure rate and effectiverate of A1are0. B1, B2, B3group cure rate of100%,83.33%and50%respectively, effective rate was100%,100%and66.67%; C1group of curerate was66.67%and efficient is83.33%; The cure rate is33.33%group D,efficient is50%.(2) bacteriology inspection situation: A1group rate is zero, B1,B2, B3group effective rate was100%,83.33%,66.67%, C1group effectiverate was66.67%, the group D effective rate was50%. The results of theexperiment on t test, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Mould group:(1) cleanness mm: A2group, effective cure rate were0. B4,B5, B6group cure rate of100%,83.33%and66.67%respectively, effectiverate was100%,100%and83.33%; C2group of cure rate was66.67%, therate of83.33%; The cure rate is16.67%group E, efficient is66.67%.(2) fungiload analysis: A2group cure rate and effective rate are0. B4, B5, B6groupcure rate were100%,83.33%and50%, are100%efficient; C2group of curerate was50%, the rate of66.67%; Group E cure rate respectively were33.33%,effective rate was66.67%. The results of the experiment on t test, P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.ConclusionsHigh, medium doses of compound tinidazole carrier supposities for thecurative effects of bolt was better than women kang carrier bolt groups, lowdoses of compound nitrate carrier group was bolt for and effects of kang carrierbolt group a woman or a little low. Compound tinidazole carrier suppsitorygroup had better effects than ordinary acetic acid chloride up group andordinary clotrimazole bolt groups that compound nitrate carrier was the bolt for three drugs components have synergy, its matrix no bacteriostasis. To drugdose to analysis, the dose of nitrate in for carrier was bolt can achievetherapeutic purposes.
