Objective:Vaginitis is the most common female reproductive tract infection which is high recurrent.Drug ingredients of compound sophora antimicrobial are:sophora, hippophae rhamnoides,common cnidium fruit, cortex phellodendri,borneol,rare earth, etc.Its efficacy are:antibacterial qushi, purging fire detoxify,invigorate the raw flesh,insecticidal check belt.This study investigates the curative effect in treatment of several common vaginitis by using Chinese medicine compound sophora antimicrobial and the impact of vaginal microecosystem.Methods: Selected 240 cases of vaginitis outpatients in the armed police hebei corps hospital as the research object during the period from October 2013 to October 2014.To take vaginal discharge of these outpatients test, among which 82 cases were diagnosed with Bacterial vaginosis,62 cases of Vulvovaginal candidiasis,51 cases of Trichomonal vaginitis,45 cases of Mycoplasma vaginitis.They were randomly divided into group A(experimental group) and group B(control group).Group A of 120 cases including 41 cases of BV,31 cases of VVC,26 cases of TV,22 cases of Uu/Mh.All subjects were treated with compound sophora antibacterial,which were put in vagina.Group B of 120 cases including that 41 cases of BV and 25 cases of TV, which were treated with metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets,31 cases of VVC,which were treated with clotrimazole suppository,23 cases of Uu/Mh,which were treated with meiman toxin.On the 7th day after treatment,we examined vaginal discharge of all the research objects to evaluate curative effect.Respectively testing the number of vaginal lactobacilli before the medication,7 day,14 days and 30 days after the drug stopped,we evaluated the situation of the vagina microenvironment recovery.We understood the relapse during three months follow-up. In group A of 120 cases,4 cases were lost to follow-up. Follow-up rate was 96.67%. Lost follow-up rate was 3.33%.In group B of 120 cases,5 cases were lost to follow-up.Follow-up rate was 95.83%.Lost follow-up rate was 4.17%.Statistical processing:Used SPSS 22.0 statistical software for analysis.Count data were used by χ2 test,P<0.05 for statistically significant.Results: 1 Cases constitute different age groups 240 subjects aged between 18 to 45 years old,is divided into 18 to 25,26-35 and 36 to 45 years old three age g1 Cases constituted in many different age groups.240 subjects’ age between 18 to 45 years oldwere divided into 18 to 25, 26 to 35 and 36 to 45 years old groups.the median age was 28 years old.BV at the age group of 18 to 25 and 26 to 35 years old incidents were 45.12% and 39.02%,significantly higher than 15.85% of 36 to 45 age group.VVC at the age group of 18 to 25 and 26 to 35 years old incidents were 38.71%and 43.55%,significantly higher than 17.74% of 36 to 45 age group.TV at the age group of 18 to 25 incidents was high at 45.10%.Uu /Mh in 26 to 35 years old age group incidents was high at 64.44%. 2 In group A of 120 cases,the total effective rate was 94.17%(113/120 cases):BV 92.68%(38/41 cases),VVC 93.55%(29/31 cases),TV 96.15%(25/26 cases),Uu/Mh 95.45%(21/22 cases).In group B of 120 cases,the total effective rate was 71.67%(86/120 cases):BV 73.17%(30/41 cases),VVC 74.19%(23/31 cases),TV 72.00%(18/25 cases),Uu/Mh 65.22%(15/23 cases). The total effective rate of two groups which treated BV,VVC,TV,Uu/Mh were statistically significant(P<0. 05). 3 two groups of lactic acid bacteria detection rate comparing The two groups before the treatment of vaginal lactobacilli detection rate were no statistically significantt difference. 3.1 BV Lactobacillus detection rate:7 days after treatment,lactobacillus detection rate was 53.66% in group A,group B 46.34% respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);14 days after treatment, lactobacillus the detection rate was 78.05% in group A,group B 51.22%,30 days after treatment,lactobacillus detection rate of 100% in group A,group B 56.10%,respectively.After treatment,14 days,30 days two lactobacilli detection rate difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).A group seven days after treatment,lactobacillus group B detection rate compared with before treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).A group seven days after treatment, lactobacillus group B detection rate compared with before treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).7 days,14 days after treatment,30 days A group of lactobacilli detection rate significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant,while group B lactobacillus detection rate increase was not obvious,the difference was not statistically significant. 3.2 VVC Lactobacillus detection rate:7 days after treatment,lactobacillus detection rates were 67.74% in group A,group B 41.94%,14 days after treatment,lactobacillus detection rate of 100%in group A,respectively,group B 48.39%,30 days after treatment, lactobacillus detection rates were 100% in group A,group B 54.84%.7 days,14 days after treatment,30 days two lactobacilli detection rate difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). And there before 7 days after treatment A group of lactobacilli detection rate and treatment of comparative statistical difference(P<0.05),14 days after treatment,30 days A group of lactobacilli detection rate was 100%, significantly higher than after treatment 7 days,the difference was statistically significant,while group B lactobacillus detection rate increase was not obvious, the difference was not statistically significant. 3.3 TV Lactobacillus detection rate:7 days after treatment,lactobacillus detection rates were 61.54% in group A,group B 44.00%,14 days after treatment,lactobacillus detection rate of 100%,respectively, in group A,group B 52.00%,30 days after treatment,lactobacillus detection rate of 100% in group A,group B 48.00%, respectively.7 days,14 days after treatment,30 days two lactobacilli detection rate difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). And seven days after treatment, group A,group B lactobacillus detection rate before treatment has significant difference(P<0.05),after treatment,14 days, 30 days A group of lactobacilli detection rate was 100%,significantly higher within seven days after treatment,the difference was statistically significant, while group B lactobacillus detection rate increase was not obvious,the difference was not statistically significant. 3.4 Uu/Mh detection rate of Lactobacillus:7 days after treatment, lactobacillus detection rates were 50.00% in group A,group B 34.78%,14 days after treatment,lactobacillus detection rates were 77.27% in group A,group B 56.52%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);30 days after treatment,lactobacillus detection rate of 100%,respectively,in group A,group B 56.52%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And a relatively significant difference(P<0.05)7 days ago A group of lactobacilli detection rate after treatment.A group 30 days after treatment,lactobacillus sensitive than seven days after treatment,the difference was statistically significant,while group B lactobacillus detection rate increase was not obvious,the difference was not statistically significant. 4 During the treating process,cases of group A had no obvious adverse reactions.Using metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets in group B,3 cases had symptom of loss of appetite and vomiting,2 cases had symptom of erythra,4 cases by using meiman toxin had symptom of loss of appetite and mild diarrhea.all these symoptom were spontaneous remission. 5 We evaluated the relapse after treatment at the first,second month, third month follow-up.Group A total recurrence rate was 6.90%(8/116 cases) and group B total recurrence rate was 30.43%(35/115 cases).The total recurrence rates of two groups were significant difference(P<0.01).The first month follow-up recurrence rate of group A was 0.86%(1/116),group B was 6.96%(8/115).the second month follow-up recurrence rate of group A was 2.59%(3/116),group B was 10.43%(12/115).The third month follow-up recurrence rate of group A was 3.45%(4/116),group B was 13.04%(15/115).Total recurrence rate of mycoplasma vaginitis was highest.Group A was 10.00%(2/20),group B was 42.86%(9/21).Conclusions:1 In treating Bacterial vaginosis,Vulvovaginal candidiasis,Trichomonal vaginitis and Mycoplasma vaginitis,the curative effect of the compound sophora antibacterial treatment is remarkable.It’s total effective rate was 94.17%(113/120 cases).2 Compound sophora antibacterial can promote the increment of lactic acid bacteria.It’s detection rate was 100% after treatment,the recurrence rate was 6.90%(8/116 cases).Compound sophora antibacterial can restore vaginal microenvironment balance effectively and reduce the recurrence rate.3 It was no obvious adverse reaction by using compound sophora antibacterial,which was easy to use,easy to save,short duration,no drug resistance.Patient compliance was good. |
