CCK8Assay The Inhibition Value Which Xingding Combined With THP Act On Primary Bladder Cancer

Objective Through discuss the inhibition that Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection(Xing Ding) combined with THP act on primary bladder cancer cells,provide a theoretical basis which Xing Ding used on chemotherapy for bladder cancer in clinical application. Method Useing three groups drug like Xing Ding,THP and Xing Ding+THP with different density to deal with primary bladder cancer,and use the Cell Counting Kit-8(referred to as CCK-8) assay the result.Then we describe the cell growth curve and evaluation of these dugs’efficacy. Result Xing Ding and THP on specific time and in different density have significant inhibition to bladder cancer,and the effect is more closely with the drug’s concentration(P<0.05).Xing Dingcombined with THP have more significant inhibition to bladder cancer than use them alone(P<0.05).Conclusion Xing Ding combined with THP can improve the inhibition of THP to bladder cancer,and joined them can reach the purpose that reduce the side effect of THP and improve it normal therapeutic efficacy...
