Research Of Pirarubicin Combined With Vitamin C To Inhibit Proliferation In Primary Bladder Cancer Cells

Objective:To investigate THP combination with VitC impaced on proliferation of primary bladder cancer cells.Thus to provide the theory basis for the clinical application of VitC as bladder perfusion adjuvant chemotherapy drugs in bladder perfusion chemotherapy.Methods:To treat primary bladder cancer cells with the different concentrations of VitC combination with the constant concentration of THP in vitro,and to study proliferation of primary bladder cancer cells by cell proliferation curve method of CCK-8.Results:It was showed that adding THP or VitC(400ug/ml) alone may inhibit significantly proliferation of primary bladder cancer cells compared with the control group,and THP combination treatment with VitC inhibit the proliferation of primary bladder cancer cells more obviously than THP use alone. Conclusion: The combination of VitC and THP may strengthen THP inbition on the proliferation of primary bladder cancer cells, superior to THP use alone.
