Objective:By selecting a certain number of adults of Chinese Han mummified skull specimens, accurately measure the anatomical data of zygomatic bone and adjacent anatomical craniofacial, through the principle of correlation and regression statistical analysis to find its relevance and set up a mathematical model. It can be used in restoring the shape of zygomatic bone in surgery, the problem of lacking reference can be resolved in the case of the bilateral zygomatic fracture.Method:(1) to complete the collection of the adults of Chinese Han mummified skull specimens and to complete to point the signs;(2) to measure the distance of malar point to porion, zygomaxillary point to mastoid point and porionto fossa malar temporal and to analyze their correlation. These dates can reflect the protrusion of zygomatic bones;(3) to measure the distance of zygomaxillare to anterior nasal spine, malar point to anterior nasal spine and zygion to median sagittal plane. These dates can reflect the radian and the width of the lateral of zygomatic bones;(4) to measure the distance of malar point to fossa malar tempora, zygomaxillary point to fossa malar temporal and nasion to anterior nasal spine. These dates can reflect the height of zygomatic bones;(5) statistical analysis and draw conclusions. Results:1. the measurement items of men and women were significantly different, the male and female data can not regard as a whole for the statistical analysis;2. left and right zygomatic bone is symmetry, the data of left and right side pieces can be used as a whole for the statistical analysis;3. to reflect the regressionequation of male zygomatic bone protrusion is y=0.764x+11.946, y=0.864x+23.803; to reflect the regressionequation of female zygomatic protrusion is y=0.742x+10.947, y=0.769x+22.741; p<0.001, there was no significant;4. to reflect the regressionequation of male zygomatic bone radian and the width of the lateral are y=0.603x+23.808, y=0.719x+18.588, y=1.046x+14.413; to reflect the regressionequation of female zygomatic bone radian and the width of the lateral are y=0.704x+18.328, y=0.902x+14.641, y=1.035x+13.662; p<0.001, there was no significant;5. to reflect the regressionequation of male zygomatic bone height is y=0.561x+18.557, y=0.647x+14.864; to reflect the regressionequation of female zygomatic height is y=0.621x+21.167, y=0.663x+15.711;p<0.001, there was no significant;Conclusion:1. the zygomatic bone of men and women were significantly different;2. the zygomatic of male or female is no significant difference between left and right side.3. by measuring the distance of po-fmt can get the distance of mp-po and zm-ms, the distance of mp-po and zm-ms can recovery the protrusion of zygomatic bones;4. by measuring the distance of fmo-n can get the distance of zm-ans, mp-ans and zy-msp, the distance of zm-ans, mp-ans and zy-msp can recovery the radian and the width of the lateral of zygomatic bones;5. by measuring the distance of n-ans can get the distance of mp-fmt and zm-fmt can recovery the height of zygomatic bones;...
