Objectives:Through detecting the bone mass and left ventricular diastolicfunction and left ventricular weight of the middle aged male withhypertension, investigating the correlation osteoporosis and left ventricularremodeling of the middle aged male with hypertension.In order to detectearlier and intervent the disease progresses, protect the target organ function.Material and methods:We collected100EH patients,According to theBMD T value the patients were divided into hypertension combinedosteoporosis or bone reduce group of60cases (observation group1) andhypertension no bone mass reduction group of40cases (observation group2),30cases healthy control group.Registered name、age、height、 weight、MAP; Calculated body mass index (BMI), using dual energy X-rayabsorptiometry measured bone mineral density;Ultrasonic Cardiogrammeasured and calculated left ventricular mass (LVM), DTI detected Ea/Aa. ttest was used to compared the baseline、BMD、left ventricular weight,Chi-square test was used compared left ventricular diastolic dysfunction rate;The correlation of Osteoporosis and left ventricular remodeling used Pearsoncorrelation analysis of linear correlation analysis.Results:The baseline had no significant difference (P>0.05); Theobservation group1and observation group2comparison showed that mean arterial pressure had no significant difference (P>0.05).The MAP level ofthe observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The BMD level (T value) in the observation group1were lower thanthose in the observation group2. The difference of the three group wasstatistically significant (P <0.05),which reflected the left ventriculardiastolic function o f Ea/Aa ratio comparison. BMD and LVM to Pearsoncorrelation analysis, showed that BMD and LVM value existing significantcorrelation, r=0.313P <0.01, indicated that the serious the degree of OP,left ventricular weight increased more obviously.Conclusions:In the middle aged males with EH and Osteoporosis,theBMD were lower、the rate of left ventricular diastolic disfunction washigher and the left ventricular weight increased than those withoutOsteoporosis. Osteoporosis bone mass and left ventricular weight negatively,tip osteoporosis and left ventricular remodeling there may be somerelationship, further research proves that the correlation between the two,and expounds the common basic research on mechanism.
